Your wedding day is such a special day and wouldn't it be nice to know you have been listened to and your personal requirements have been taken into consideration and a personalised Wedding catering plan built for perfect day.
We offer a range of choices, from simple Canapés served with your reception drinks, or we can do Antipasti or ploughman style entrees in place of canapés. (see picture to left). You can have a choice of one, two or three meats, or you can go for the hog roast themed BBQ, served with this dependant on time of year or your personal preference is roasted new potatoes and hot seasonal vegetables or a minted new potatoes tossed in melting butter and your four salads, Vegetarians are catered for and we offer some lovely choices on Desserts.
We provide Professionally trained front of house staff to serve your Prepare you tables, serve your provided reception drinks, and our handmade canapés if required, Put your wines and water on the table and replenish, clearing your tables, serving of toasting drinks, serving of desserts or Wedding cake as Dessert, clearing and serving Teas and coffees if ordered.
We take our Wedding catering very seriously, giving a first class professional approach which starts right from the enquiry that comes to us, to the day of the Wedding. The top left corner picture shows the work of our professional front of house laying up a Wedding Venue in this case a Marquee, the picture to its right shows our Reception drinks area and the guests enjoying them and canapés before entering the marquee.
The pictures above show a Garden Buffet in the grounds of a beautiful wedding location, the theme was a ploughman's picnic with hand made cheeses and handmade chutneys, with 3 pates and artisan breads. The guests were enjoying their reception drinks in the sunshine and then helping themselves to the ploughman's, this was followed up by a lovely hog roasted pig, and salads later.
We are also available during the autumn, winter and spring and provide the same level of service with the only changes being to cater in cold weather where guests prefer hot food including roasted potatoes and hot vegetables along with space heaters to keep warm when under canvas.
