Who better than to cater for than BMW.  One of our first clients was to caterer for a BMW showroom that had invited the local American air base staff and wives to join them for the new registration launch and one of the bosses from BMW in Germany arrived as guest of honour.

Our professional waiting staff served canapés and reception drinks on arrival,and the we served plated hog roast with roast potatoes and full seasonal vegetables and chefs home made gravy, our well chosen desert by clients “The white chocolate and Ratsbury brûlée cheese cake” dressed with Summer fruits finished the meal and teas and coffees with mints were served afterwards.

Looking to hold your corporate event for large numbers well we have proved we can do it.  We were asked to cater for two hundred and fifty volunteers who we’re taking part as casualties in an emergency training day on Detling Hill, Maidstone Kent. We started the day early cooking two pigs and preparing all the salads for the one and half hour slot that we had to feed them.

We had also bought the cans of drinks and water bottles. Nothing like being tested when we were asked to feed another fifty people. Well we managed to feed them all and in the time scales required.

Then as we cleared away the guests began appearing with wounds and bandages and this was followed with the arrival of ambulances, fire engines and police arriving at scene. Later the air ambulance made its appearance as well.  The whole operation was to test major incident command and management and the use of an outside professional company that had produced a computer package to manage casualty injuries and incident investigation.

How about a corporate training day with arriving trainees requiring breakfast,   morning brunch, lunch afternoon brunch and evening hog roast and BBQ.

For two days we were required by one of the countries leading boiler companies to cater for plumbers who we’re coming to the new head office and centre of excellence in Kings Hill West Mailing.  A formula one simulator trailer was also on location to give the plumbers a fun break time between sessions.  We started the morning with our corporate breakfast and this consisted of eggs bacon and hand made sausages, as the morning moved on we put on hand made beef burgers and the first hog roast rolls were served, loose leaf lettuce tomatoes and mozzarella and creamy coleslaw were the sides for lunchtime, afternoon brunch continued with the hog roast and BBQ as did the final evening meal washed down with some cold beers and glasses of wine.

We served 150 on both days. We had allotted times to feed people and the food management and food holding was very important making sure fresh food was served and all food safely kept. On the last day whilst clearing down I eventually had a go on the formula one simulator with some of the staff and instructors. A great two days and another Successful corporate catering event.
