Easter Bonanza Hog Roast

Easter Bonanza Hog Roast 3rd April- 6th April 2015

Easter is another time of the year when families come together to celebrate a festive event.

A. Round Hog Roasts catered at Christmas for a number of small gathering. With an array of different Menu’s we thought it a good idea to bring an Easter Bonanza Hog Roast to tempt you with at Christmas.

A whole Spring Lamb spit roasted on our hog roast machine for about 3-4 hours. This will serve any group from 10 people upwards, served with sage and onion stuffing and mint sauce. As the weather is still feeling cold have this accompanied with Roasted new potatoes in garlic and rosemary.

Roasted batons of parsnips, cauliflower and broccoli with green beans and carrots.

Also chefs gluten free gravy soft rolls and butter,  followed by a nice raspberry and brulee cheese cake with summer fruits & pipe chantelle cream.

Keeping it basic, just have the lamb spit roasted with mint sauce stuffing to soft rolls.

People think of Turkey as a Christmas meal

Wellesley School farewell Hog Roast party

I just wanted to drop you a line to say how fantastic your Hog Roasts were yesterday at our Wellesley School farewell hog roast party.

Cooked to perfection, served with a smile and how clever of you to find meat for everyone.

It was like the feeding of the five thousand I don’t know how you managed it. All our guests were thrilled.

Bravo, I will definitely try to find an excuse to use you again… perhaps one of your delicious sounding BBQ’s.

Kind regards
