This picture was the scene of our Wedding Catering in April at the Petham Village Hall.  Our catering services were to feed guests with Hog Roast.   Along with a variety of potato dishes we served  a range of fresh salads.  The Bride and Groom cut their beautiful wedding cake in time honoured tradition.

Finally our team were ready to assist with serving the wedding cake to guests.

Succulent Pig staff prepared the room ready for the arrival of the Bride and Groom and their guests.  Equally important Succulent Pig staff carry out last minute checks before the imminent arrival of family and guests.

Our Catering at Succulent Pig really comes to alive at our Wedding Receptions.  We offer a range of services including a front of house team.  They will greet guests with drinks and a smile as well as circulate with a variety of our handmade canapés
As guests settle the team will serve a  range of hog roast or roasted meats with potato options and salads and vegetables.  Finally choose your desserts.  In addition the team will assist with plating up your wedding cakes and serving to your guests.

Wedding preparations taken at the Phoenix club Dover

The tables and chairs were dressed in pink bows as well as a matching wedding cake taking centre stage.

The Phoenix Club Crabble Hill Dover is a really nice and friendly Railway club that offers two function rooms for hire,

As you can see the hall soon transfers into a sea of beauty for any Wedding.

The hall is not expensive to hire not to mention the opportunity to hire the kitchen for a small additional amount.  In addition the hog roast was cooked to perfection and ready to serve to happy couple and their guests.  With the club permission we were able to bring the whole hog roast into the function room.  Finally our professionally trained chef was able to display carve and serve to guests.

Our Catering experience at this location has been noted by the Club secretary.  We are thrilled by the opportunity to put our range of  Wedding Packages to the committee for next year.

The teams at Succulent Pig are able to provide catering all year round.  This would be a perfect venue to have winter and summer weddings and celebrations.  Choose your meat and in addition to our range of salad dishes we also have hot seasonal vegetables.  Whether you wish to have a buffet or an organised and served menu we can provide a package to suit all budgets.

Succulent Pig Hog Roast, Around Hog Roasts and Catering Services are Sponsoring the Faversham Vintage Sport Weekend.

It has been an exciting few months since we decided to sponsor this weekend, especially since we have at the same time launched our new Brand Name SUCCULENT PIG.

First of all on Saturday 16th May 2015 we will be serving breakfast Bacon and Sausage rolls from 6am till 10am. Followed by Hog Roast rolls, and BBQ festival sausages.

Breakfast again served Sunday 17th May 2015 for the Event organisers.  Hence the Vintage Car and Motor Cycle owners arriving early. Bacon and Sausage rolls from 6am till 10am. Followed by Hog Roast from 10.30 till late on Sunday too

Located outside Stead and Simpson Shoe shop

Located outside the old Stead and Simpson Shoe shop we will be ideally placed, the shop has just been completely redecorated. Furthermore on sale we will have Hog roast Pork rolls with a Festival Sausage. In addition with our new recipe of Pulled Pork. This consists of with Tiddley Pommes Wholly pig Cider and bbq sauce.  Our Butcher, (the Butcher of Brogdale) has made us double size Festival sausages in two flavours, Farm house and the Hot rod.  Breakfast is also on the menu on Sunday from 6am till 10.00am offering Bacon Rolls and Sausage Rolls, followed by hog roast BBQ sausages till late.

Served with sage and onion stuffing the hog roast is delicious, with apple sauce and an assortment of other sauces. You can have a festival Sausage with the Hog Roast Roll. Or as a Hot dog with or without fried Onions..

All the pigs will be cooked fresh on site from the early hours of the morning, and all our other food will be cooked fresh on site.

In addition as one of the main Sponsors,  Anthony Round, the owner of Succulent pig will be awarding the Best of Faversham Trophy on the Sunday at the Award Ceremony.

Following on from this at 3.30pm there will be a speech by Chris Bichard. Followed by the Mayor of Faversham’s Speech.

Trophys will then be awarded to the winners of each category.

Finally each sponsor will hand over the Trophy for their nominated category. Furthermore a photo of the Winner will be taken with the Mayor and the Sponsor of that Trophy.
