Spit Roasted whole Lamb with extra Boned legs if required dressed with Rosemary and garlic with mint sauce, sage and onion stuffing and apple sauce

Roasted Top side of Beef cooked rare/medium and well done with Horseradish sauce,

or Slow roasted Brisket pulled with added chefs special mixture and hint of horseradish,

or Whole free range Chicken roasted on a chicken Spit cut to quarters and sauté with sage and onion stuffing and cranberry sauce,

 or Roasted crowns of  Turkey and boned legs, sage and onion stuffing and cranberry sauce.

Two flavours of sausages with either of the above chosen meat

Includes chef to carve, bread rolls, sage and onion stuffing sauces to match meats.,

Three Meat Slow Roast

Joints of Pork, Joints of Lamb and topside of Beef

Two flavours of hand made sausage, pork and sage and slightly spicy.

Served Yorkshire puddings, Bread rolls, sage and onion Stuffing with the following,

Freshly made Apple Sauce, mint sauce and horseradish sauce and other accompanying condiments

Spanish/Mediterranean Quiche.  And vegan option of Stuffed Peppers with roasted root vegetables and spice

Hog roast themed BBQ, Choose one of the above meats and then you get

Two to Four flavours of sausages, Burgers to feed your number of guests, tray of Cajun chicken with peppers and onion, tray of BBQ chicken with peppers and onion, Roasted Halloumi in spice with peppers and onion, fried onions, and assortment of sauces.

This Service Includes:

Professional Succulent Pig staff to roast your meat at your venue. Carve your meats, and set up a service using our chafing dishes for hot food and a salad table.  All food is served buffet style.

All dishes to be created freshly on site. We bring with us a Gazebo to cover the cooking and serving area (should the weather or yourselves require it.)

We provide serving tables laid with linen.

Any left-over meat to be either carved and served on a platter, or wrapped and handed to you
