Stephen Bielby chef joined the company at its launch and brings over 20 years of experience in the catering industry specialising in fine dining and banqueting feasts.
Stephen’s experience and expertise as a chef has really helped us to develop the business. Now Stephen leads one of the teams catering for weddings and corporate functions.
His speciality is spit roasting lamb the meat is tender, succulent and pink presenting a tempting centre piece to any feast.
He brings many years of experience in cooking hog roasts with crispy crackling and tender meat.
Stephen assists the business with training, Health & Safety and maintaining our excellence in hygiene rating and HACCP Food Safety.
